In September 2025, the Lemon Bio team visited FISA Brazil 2025, engaging with clients and partners across Brazil and neighboring regions. This visit provided a close look at local food industry needs and inspired new ideas for future collaboration.

In confectionery and chocolate spreads, citrus fiber improves viscosity, spreadability, and prevents oil separation.
